Coober Pedy is roughly 840kms north of Adelaide and 680kms south of Alice Springs. Driving from Adelaide, head north to Port Wakefield, turn right onto the Augusta Highway to Port Augusta, turn right past Port Augusta on to the Stuart Highway until you reach Coober Pedy.
From Alice Springs, head south on the Stuart Highway until you reach Coober Pedy.
